Bookham Meditation Taster (for new clients, first class only)
This entitles you to one Meditation class in Little Bookham Village Hall 5-5:40pm on Thursdays. Must be used within one week of purchase. Non refundable or transferable.
East Horsley Beginner Flow Drop in
This is payment for one drop in class to East Horsley Village Hall 7:30-8:30pm (Millenium Room) on a the Thursday in week of purchase. Please get in touch to book your space before you make payment if you are new participant: firstname.lastname@example.org. If it is your first session you will also need to complete a PARQ (this can be downloaded from www.bookhamyoga.co.uk/beginner-courses/ Classes cannot be refunded or transferred.
Farnham drop in
Valid for one Yoga class in the Garden Gallery, Farnham Museum Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm. Must be used within 2 weeks of purchase.
Cobham Vinyasa Drop in
Valid for one Cobham Vinyasa drop in 8-9pm on Tuesdays in Cobham Village Hall. Must be used within 2 weeks of purchase.
Bookham drop in Yoga session
Valid for one drop in session in Little Bookham Village Hall 5:45-6:45pm on Thursdays. Must be used within 2 weeks of purchase.
Yin and Yoga Nidra drop in
Valid for one drop in to the 7:30-9pm Yin and Yoga Nidra class in Little Bookham Village Hall on Sundays. Must be used within 2 weeks of purchase. Yin Yoga is a beautiful and gentle practice in which passive poses are held for a few minutes to release tension. Bolsters, blocks and blankets are used to support the body. Practicing Yin offers the opportunity to truly connect with your body, relax your mind and improve your flexibility. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation which can aid sleep and lower stress levels.
Meditation Drop in 5-5:40 Thursdays Little Bookham Village Hall
This friendly and calming class offers an introduction to meditation and relaxation. Meditation has so many benefits from lowering blood pressure and reducing stress to improving focus and productivity. Each 40 minute session will begin with gentle stretches and breathing exercises to prepare for meditation. We will then move through guided and silent meditations. The course will also include some discussion of stress management tools and techniques, which will also be emailed out to all participants. Must be used within 2 weeks of purchase
