Hi, I’m Holly,
Welcome to Holly’s Breathing Space Yoga! My aim through Yoga is to encourage students to respect and value themselves as strong, powerful and amazing human beings. For me, Yoga should always be fun, as well as a great workout and lovely time to relax. I am so lucky to be able to share my love of Yoga with others and every week the wonderful people I work with impress and inspire me (and themselves too!) with their strength and kindness. I’d love it if you could join me for some Yoga soon.
I am a YMCA Fit & Yoga Professionals Yoga teacher, also qualified in Pre & Post Natal exercise, Yin/Restorative Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage techniques. My passion is anatomy and biomechanics in which I have completed several further trainings and CPDs. I combine my love for Yoga with my previous research experience (MRes, PHD from The University of Southampton) to provide fun, friendly Yoga grounded in current research to support functional movement, improve performance in everyday activities and sports, as well as supporting healthy aging.
